• Location (city/state/country)

b. Submission Data:

• Audio files and associated metadata
• Artist biographies and images
• ISRC or publishing codes (if provided)

c. Technical Data (automatically collected):

• IP address

• Date and time of submission or site access

d. Payment Information:

• Payment method details (via secure third-party processor)
• Transaction identifiers (for tracking purchases)

Your information may be used for the following purposes:

• To assess eligibility for broadcast and promotional inclusion
• To communicate regarding submission status and platform updates
• To process and track campaign payments
• To display artist name, song title, and branding in approved promotional material
• To analyze platform use and performance (for internal improvement only)

• All data is stored using secure, encrypted systems hosted in the United States.
• Access to personal information is strictly limited to TPP leadership and authorized operations staff.
• Payment data is processed exclusively through secure, third-party vendors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and never stored directly by TPP.
• TPP uses SSL encryption across all digital infrastructure to safeguard information transmission.

• TPP does not sell, lease, or share personal information with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketers.
• Artist contact information may be shared with affiliated broadcast stations or their promotional teams solely for the purpose of managing campaign logistics or scheduling.
• Any non-essential data sharing will only occur with artist consent.

• Artist submission data (excluding payment data) may be retained for up to 24 months for auditing, tracking, and recordkeeping purposes.
• Artists may request full deletion of their submission data after 90 days by contacting us directly.

As a submitting artist, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we’ve collected
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to applicable exclusions)
• Request a copy of your submission archive (for recordkeeping or future reference)
